Todd and Penny decided there’s never been a better time to make a sea change!
The couple originally made the move from the south coast of NSW to Gippsland, Victoria in 2017. “We really enjoyed the tree change although we found we missed the coastal lifestyle… so, we began looking for a coastal area that ticked all our boxes.” Penny explains.
Building a home isn’t novel to this couple as this is their third time. “We have found building is the only way you get what you want in in a home.” Says Todd.
The pair visited the Fairhaven display homes and liked the flexibility with the plans and the transparency with the pricing.
“We chose Fairhaven due to an amazing sales consultant who assisted us to modify the floorplan plus the inclusions of the Bridgewater range.” Explained Penny.

In between Covid lockdowns the pair discovered Armstrong Creek between Barwon Heads and Geelong. They initially were on the search for a single storey home. “Once we purchased our block, we realised we needed to build a double storey home to utilise the land better.”
The couple fell in love with the Newport 275 and felt it ticked all the boxes as it suited their budget, block, and needs.

“Would we build with Fairhaven again? Yes we would. The house turned out to be even better than expected and so worth the wait”.
