Truganina is a residential suburb located in Melbourne’s West. Land in Truganina was first sold in 1858 and was primarily used for cropping and dairy farming which supported locals and surrounding grazing industry. Around this time the state school, Wesleyan chapel and Baptist church opened.
Truganina is situated roughly 20km West of Melbourne within the Western growth corridor and is a popular choice for first home buyers.
