These awards are especially meaningful because they’re voted by you, our customers, by choosing these designs for your dream homes. So without further ado, let’s count down our hottest, most sought-after home designs from 2021…

#5: Clovelly 225

At number 5 is the Clovelly 225, a stunning home offering four large Bedrooms and an open plan Family and Meals area. Suitable for blocks from 12.5 metres wide, the Main Bedroom is located at the front of the home, with a central Bathroom and a separate Water Closet at the rear servicing the remaining Bedrooms. The second-most popular home design for 2021 is – wait for it – the Ballina 250! Designed for blocks from 14 metres wide, you’ll enjoy four generous Bedrooms including Main with Ensuite and Walk-In Robe. #1: Tathra 350

OK, now it’s time for the big one… our top-selling home design for 2021. This is a thoroughly deserved award which recognises the perfect balance of elegance, comfort and flexibility that this home possesses. And the award goes to… <drumroll>… Tathra 350!

The Tathra 350 is a stunning and versatile five-Bedroom double storey home that offers a range of facades and floor plan options. Perfect for blocks from 12.5 metres wide, Tathra 350 features a spacious Family area, open plan Kitchen/Meals area and Theatre on the ground floor. This is complimented by a large upstairs Rumpus providing a second Living space. The smart and flexible design can easily be customised to create six Bedrooms.
