Designed to fit on a narrow 12.5m wide block, our design and display team were astute in managing to comprise the much coveted four Bedroom, two Bathroom, two Living area and two Garage wants that are in such high demand.
The Eco façade offers great street appeal, with the extended portico and eaves accentuating the roof line and creating the impression that it’s far bigger. The contrast of dark and light finishes assists in the grand appearance. Inside, the first break from tradition was to have the sitting room to greet and entertain guests right at the front of the home.
With the population boom Melbourne is experiencing from overseas, we undertook to better understand the cultural requirements of many new home buyers. Our clientele want to entertain guests for formal meetings or gatherings on entering their home, ideally somewhere separate to the main Living and cooking areas. With its clever layout, the Clovelly 225 has executed this perfectly and as a result has been a huge success.
Styled throughout with raw timbers, blush pinks, whites and warm greys, the textural furnishings and reflection of natural light gives the home an open and inviting feel. The Main Bedroom is practical, light and bright with an Ensuite Bathroom and separate Walk-In-Robe with added storage modules and moved entry point. Contemporary and neutral colours maintain a light coloured space in the Ensuite. The added use of a cavity sliding door keeps the Bedroom separate if required.
