The Ballina 250 at Meridian works with modern features and organic elements to create a beautiful home. The Range Deluxe façade stands out with its attractive 14m frontage and modern design. The four Bedroom home with two Living areas, two Bathrooms, ample storage, Covered Outdoor Area and double Garage offers everything you could need.
The Interior Designers worked with organic finishes, modern colours and dark features to ensure the façade immediately catches your attention. Grounded by its dark grey Colorbond roof, the home immediately appears luxurious. Dark aluminium window frames balance with the feature tile piers, which complements the corner window. Lighter cladding highlights the height of the Porch area which features a stunning separate roofline. The garage door and stained Entry door provide timber elements which are an attractive introduction to the interior.
Sitting at just over 25 squares, the Ballina 250 feels much larger. Upon Entry, increased 2590mm-high ceilings and square set cornices complement each other. The Master Bedroom sits at the front of the home, catching your attention. Elegant black cladding draws you the organic features formed through the strong textures and natural colours. The WIR complements this by being fitted out with oak timber robes. The large Ensuite encloses the WC for added privacy, while the increased shower and vanity offers practicality. Textured Oak Wood Ash tiles are organic and soft. Oak cabinetry paired with dark grey reconstituted stone benchtops form a basis for the beautiful white counter-top basins.
The lengthy 3.2m Laundry plus double Linen cupboard provides abundant storage to the area. The timber look benchtop stands out beautifully with its earthy undertones and natural white surrounds.
Designed to impress, the Kitchen has a creative layout that provides contrast to the home. Opening up the Pantry to the kitchen ensured more cabinetry could be installed, making the Kitchen appear longer. A concrete look porcelain splashback adds soft touches of grey. Oak, clean white surfaces and dark greys keep it modern. Spacious, well placed appliances and open shelving finish the area.
The Meals and Family feel open and large, both featuring a raked ceiling that provides a ‘wow’ factor. Flooded with light, the white walls and ashy floors balance the area against the continued Oak Wood Ash tiles. An increased stacker door makes the Covered Outdoor Area form part of the space. Feature black cladding and oak timbers are designed around plaster projections to the Family room, with complementary finishes offering a stunning modern feature. The Rumpus room tucks away to the side, providing additional privacy to the second Living area.
The rear of the house boasts three more Bedrooms, separate WC and Bathroom. Sliding Mirror robes enhance the appearance of the space while the timber elements continue through the rooms.
The stylish and versatile Ballina 250 offers the perfect blend of lifestyle and function.
