The display was designed around the love of chic interiors, trending materials and spaces with a modern feel. Just over 36squares the popular Tathra design was revamped to accommodate more Ensuites and Walk-In-Robes, with each family member having their very own sanctuary. The home draws on luxurious stone finishes, abstract printed fabrics and crisp white finishes. Hear how the team at Beaumont Tiles went below.

Whilst everyone starts to settle into Summer mode, sunny days out on the road are certainly fun. When the Fairhaven team asked that we visit their new Tathra display at Meridian, we thought we would love nothing more than a road trip, and jumped at the opportunity.

Having seen the work Fairhaven did at Meridian estate, we were looking forward to seeing their second display village. Arriving at the display homes, we immediately loved what we saw, as there were two very different homes side by side, both having strong street appeal.

Wondering through this stunning home, of course we love the use of tile on the main floor, so practical and beautiful love. Our initial reaction was what a fantastic choice of tile by their designers. Our Eternal Silver tile used throughout the main floors was. It’s the small details, like the veining in the tiles which matched Fairhaven’s chic design that creates the magic. Have the guest bedroom at the front of the home really suits today’s lifestyle. In the ensuite, they ran the tiles from floor to ceiling giving it a grand feeling.

Moving towards the main living area we loved the great use of space, ideal for entertaining. The large stacker doors are a stand out feature with the indoor/outdoor living. Plus, we always enjoy a little bar area for cocktails close to the living room. The contrasting moody tones work really well with the Kitchen’s timber cabinetry and the position of the feature fireplace was spot on.

Being biased, we love seeing lots of Bathrooms/Ensuites, so practical for a large family! We were amazed with the spaciousness of all the rooms, including the Ensuites. They have really optimised the 36sqm of floor space here! Luxury was evident in the Ensuite to with more floor to ceiling tiles, large shower and bath.

The tiles selected created a unique and grand feeling throughout the home. As mentioned before the veining really stood out as did the neutral stone design, it a look that will last.
