Truely amazing experience! Few communication issues in the beginning but once we were paired with [Name Removed] and [Name Removed] it was a match in heaven! Cannot thank them both enough for everything they have done to make our dream home come alive! They communicated everything with us and in a really timely manner we did not have any issues throughout. Due to covid 19 and being in stage 4 Lock down we expected some delays and both [Name Removed] and [Name Removed] communicated this with us as soon as they knew. Never had an issue with contacting them as they always returned our calls and emails. Few hiccups between PCI date and final date still awaiting move in date but we know [Name Removed] is working hard on trying not to delay us tooooo long. We are truely so excited and happy to start our new adventure in our house! We built the Ballina 25 through Fairhaven 🙂

It has been a wonderful experience of building with Fairhaven. [Name Removed] (our client relationships officer) was awesome and kept us well informed throughout our journey. [Name Removed] Consistent updates almost every week made us aware of the progress of the construction ( especially with COVID restrictions we couldn’t personally visit the site) and it was a comfort in every way that work is happening without any stoppage.
Also the consultants( [Names Removed]) who looked after the construction closer to the action did a great job and construction was completed well within the estimated time originally.

Special thanks to [Name Removed] (Pre-site CRO) and Janelle (On-site CRO). Thanks to their help we were able to have a stress-free build, they take care of all the hard work for us. We were always kept with up to date information about the building process.

Our Colour appointment was a breeze! The extensive myHaven booklet prepared us for the exciting colour appointment with [Name Removed]. There was a wide selection of colours and fixtures in the showroom to choose from.

[Name Removed] was our Tender presenter, he went over our contract thoroughly and explained minor to major details before signing our contract. This gave us clarity and peace of mind to proceed with the build.

[Name Removed] would be our first preference for a supervisor if we ever build with Fairhaven Homes again. He always ensured that quality trades were used throughout the build, which created a perfect home. There is nothing we can’t fault with his outstanding work ethic. [Name Removed] was always there to answer any questions and explain each stage of the build. He went over and beyond, we are so appreciative for all he has done for us.

We have just spent our first week in the house and everything is amazing! We LOVE our Fairhaven Home.
