The guaranteed site-start and completion dates apply for builds in our Origin, Momentum or Harmony ranges only.

3. The pre-site[2] phase is completed by the dates set out in the Procedure of Purchase[3];
4. The on-site[4] stages are completed by the dates set out in your HIA building

[2] Pre-Site phase: appointment with Client Relations Officer, tender, myHaven Selection, contract.

3. submit the initial paperwork[3] and Procedure of Purchaser form to Fairhaven Homes head office within one (1) week of payment of the deposit; and
