3. The pre-site[2] phase is completed by the dates set out in the Procedure of Purchase[3];
4. The on-site[4] stages are completed by the dates set out in your HIA building

Monthly Draw & Prize

A draw will be conducted for each calendar month (Draw Month) during the Competition Period (Monthly Draw) to determine a winner to receive one (1) x Gift Card (valued at $500.00 AUD) (Prize).

Determining Winners

The random electronic prize draw for each Monthly Draw will take place within the week following of the relevant Draw Month.

The first eligible entry drawn for each Monthly Draw will be awarded a Prize.

Eligible Entrants are only eligible to win one (1) Prize in this Competition.

Notification to winners and how to claim

The winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the draw.
If the winner does not claim the Prize within two (2) weeks of the notification, the Prize is forfeited and will be offered to another Eligible Entrant of that Draw Month through a redraw.
The Prize will be posted to the winner within 28 days after the draw, unless the winner requests to collect the Prize from a mutually agreed location.
