We currently have an opportunity for a Sales Associate looking to join the Fairhaven sales team to support our Sales Consultant in our award-winning display centers in the Melbourne’s West Regions

 

The Role 

  • Presenting display homes to our customers and ensuring they are kept clean and presentable.
  • Provide accurate information to our customers, answering any enquiries which supports their new home journey.
  • Ensuring our wide range of marketing collateral is well maintained and up to date.
  • Assisting our New Home Sales Consultants where needed with administrative tasks.
  • Completing reporting and checklists on a regular basis.

This Position is a Permanent Part-time including weekends

 

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • Great presentation skills with pride on operating in a neat environment
  • The ability to form relationships with internal and external clients
  • An energetic, enthusiastic, and optimistic attitude
  • A willingness to grow and take on feedback
  • Excellent customer service & communication skills
  • Availability to work on weekends
  • Computer literacy
  • Some knowledge or experience of the construction and/or real estate industry
  • You must have full working rights and a current valid full driver’s license
