Lot 5108 Sovereign Drive, Mt Duneed (Armstrong Estate)
Our newly designed and first ever displayed Brooklyn display at Mt Duneed was a promising home that felt spacious with its own creative flair. With attention towards various markets, the home fits Greenfield blocks, knock down sites and various styles.
Appropriately displayed with the Sierra façade the colours complement the style. The wider 13.6m frontage has an extended 1m Garage. Standing strong to its design the Porch area provides a beautiful feature to the façade with strong rendered elements and a dark grey roof. The layers of grey feel contemporary in design yet balanced with the warm brick and timber awning window.
The large Entry is complemented by the large Porch, which does not go un-noticed. The Entry feels light and bright as soon as you set foot into the home. The wider Entry door and sidelights either side, a stunning feature. Increased 2590h ceilings and square set plaster heighten the space, for a modern touch. Almost feeling separate and private to the remainder of the home, the master bedroom 4.2×4, met with double doors for a grand feel. Tucked away at the front the dark contrasting cladding and sheers feel dramatic and luxurious. Keeping with the ‘modern lodge’ style, the Ensuite feels grand and moody. Enclosed WC, extended 1500L shower and double vanity caters to many needs. Concrete look tiles and matt black finishes feel modern. Grey stone warms the space whilst the larger sliding window allows for light and air. Tower modules fit out the Walk-In-Robe, which holds character with its dark coloured shelving.
As soon as you walk towards the center of the home the raked ceiling will catch your attention. Increased in height to previous raked ceilings, almost 3.8m height, a stunning feature to the almost 30sq. Added “wow” factor is through two skylights that overlook the Kitchen, flooding the space with natural light. Kitchen area fitted out with a 40mm stone and re-designed Island bench, capturing additional storage and seating space. The modified Island a beautiful feature to the space. Warm timber laminate floors complement the dark timber cabinets that have a slight grey base, cool against the green feature tiled splashback and textured white benchtop. Tucked behind the Kitchen is the Walk-In-Pantry which moves through to the Laundry. WIP with sliding door access to the Covered Outdoor Area. Fitted with built in base and overhead cabinets, additional sink and relocated dishwasher. Walking through to the Laundry which is home to a lengthy linen cupboard and extended bench space. Quickslide doors ensure the best function is catered for within the area.
Adjacent the Kitchen is the Meals and Family. Each zone spacious and a feature. The Family sits to the side with a simple plaster projection and wall sconce to frame the tv space. Wall to wall sheers dark, soften the room. Opposing the Kitchen, the Meals shows off the high raked ceiling. Linen covered pendants soften and highlight the height over the hardy black timber table. Increased entertainer sliding stacker doors allow for comfortable movement between the Covered Outdoor Area space.
Towards the rear four Bedrooms all with built-in robes. An addition Rumpus space perfect for larger families. Bathroom and separate WC allowing for that extra bit of privacy. Tiled shower base to the Bathroom feeling luxurious.
The stunning Brooklyn is a “wow” factor home. Full of privacy and spacious areas, ample storage whilst catering to entertainers and families.
